There is one quote that resonates with me when it comes to hard work. “The grind will not give you what you haven’t worked for.” This is true for all areas of life; especially exercise and nutrition. For as long as I can remember, I have valued efficiency. Being efficient means achieving maximum productivity with minimum wasted effort or expense. One area I apply this to is my nutrition.
