What equipment is needed for the workouts?
- Depending on the workout:
- TRX straps. Many gyms and fitness centers provide TRX straps for their members. If you need TRX straps, please click here to order.
- Kettlebells. Many gyms and fitness centers provide these.
- Sandbags. Many gyms and fitness centers provide these.
- Mobile device (phone, iPad, Kindle, tablet, etc…) for streaming the workout videos, coaching sessions and other videos.
- Bluetooth headphones if you are working out where the video volume needs to be controlled by you (i.e. crowded fitness center, outdoors, etc…). Please click link for bluetooth sync to mobile device.
How long are your contracts?
We offer monthly memberships plans. We make it simple to start — and stop — your service at any time.
How do I cancel service?
Canceling membership is an easy and no-questions-asked process. It’s done online right from your site manager.
