About This Class
Are you new to TRX Suspension Training and want to give it a try? Start with this 1/2 hour workout to increase total body mobility and develop core strength. This class focuses on technique, flexibility, balance, and strength by developing basic foundational skills through easy to follow progressions. All levels are welcome and intensity can be individualized so everyone meets their own level of challenge.
